Dear Jon, This particular order was shipped to the wrong address. I had a deadline to meet and needed the signs ASAP...this was late Friday afternoon and they needed to be at another location by 9AM Monday. Yours staff, Amy L. Patrick and I believe it was John in shipping, bent over backwards to accomplish this task...now, that was good customer service; actually great customer service.
