Flute
Corrugation tubes between the plastic. Flutes should to be oriented vertically (up and down) when using H-Wires, so the metal wires can slide into the corrugation for proper installation. The flutes should be oriented horizontally (left to right) for wood stakes and telephone poles to provide more stability so they are more resistant to the elements.

A full reverse is when an entire sign is coated with ink, and the text is "knocked out" to see through to the sign color. Customer can add second color of ink to give sign very unique look.

Proof
If you would like to see what your sign will look like before it's printed, we can email or fax you a "proof", for your approval before it goes into production. In some cases there is an additional $15 charge for proofs. In all cases, we require payment of your order in full before proceeding with a proof.
Raster image
A raster image is a graphic that is created by combining a series of dots called pixels. As you can see from this close-up view the edges can get very saw-toothed.
Template

Turn-around time
The amount of time it takes from the point the initial order is made to the point your completed signs are ready. This period does not include shipping time.
Vector image
A vector image is a graphic that creates it's shape with straight or curved line elements. Vector images can be enlarged or reduced without losing resolution, thus eliminating all saw-toothing (when the edges of a graphic look like the teeth of a saw).
