Responsibilities:
Point person for customer concerns and complaints
Provide systematic resolutions for customers
Assist with customer inquiries for new and in-house orders and courtesy follow-ups
Give Customers a WOW experience
Participate in open discussions regarding business processes and improvements
Required Experience/Skills:
5 yrs Customer Service in professional environment
2 yr minimum Sales experience
Experience with basic phone system
PC skills in Windows & Microsoft Excel
HS Diploma Required, college degree preferred
Knowledge in web navigation and online shopping
Bonus Experience/Skills:
Microsoft Excel
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Graphics a plus
